What is Visirr?
Visirr is a platform of AI digital employees, one for each industry. Each employee answers a business’s WhatsApp and calls, books, collects payments and follows up, and works with the tools the business already uses.
What’s the difference between Visirr, Clowi and Hostii?
Visirr is the technology. Clowi is the employee for beauty and aesthetics, Hostii for lodging, Inmoo for real estate and Neroo for international trade. Each one talks like its industry and only shows the features that business needs.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect your business’s WhatsApp Business in a couple of minutes and your employee replies from your own number. Your customers won’t notice a thing.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It hands the conversation to you or whoever you choose, with a summary of what the customer asked for. Once you explain the answer, it learns it for next time.
Does it work with what I already use?
Yes. It connects to Google Calendar or reads your Excel. If you keep everything on paper, it gives you its own calendar and fills it for you.
How does the free trial work?
The 72 hours start when your employee answers a real customer’s first message, not when you sign up. At 48 h it sends you a WhatsApp summary of what it did. If you’re not convinced, cancel before they’re up.
Who sees my customers’ data?
Only your business. Your customers’ data is never used to answer for another business.
Does it reply in other languages?
Yes. If someone writes in another language, it replies in that language, and you see everything in yours.
